Home buying process

1. Initial Consultation

2. Home Search Begins

You’ll receive handpicked listings, and we’ll tour the homes—virtually or in person—until we find “the one.”


3. Making an Offer

Once we find your ideal home, I’ll help you craft a competitive offer based on market data and strategy.
I’ll handle all negotiations and protect your interests throughout the process.


4. Offer Accepted → Escrow Opens

Once your offer is accepted, we open escrow and begin the due diligence process.
Your earnest money deposit is placed into a secure escrow account.


5. Inspections & Appraisal

We arrange a home inspection to ensure there are no major issues, and your lender will order an appraisal to confirm the property’s value.


6. Loan Finalization

You’ll work with your lender to finalize the loan approval process, submit remaining documents, and lock in your interest rate.


7. Final Walkthrough

Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure the home is in the agreed-upon condition and ready for move-in.


8. Closing Day!

You sign the final paperwork, the loan is funded, and the deed is recorded.
